Yes. The charges to call the Access Number from your mobile depend on your mobile tariff and how much your mobile operator charges you. Most line-rental phones allow free minutes to local numbers and can be used to call the local Access Number.
How do I make calls?
First dial the Access number. The voice automated system will ask you to dial the PIN number. Dial the PIN number and your credit will be announced. You will be asked TO dial your destination number. Dial as 00country code + area code + the destination number.
What is PIN?
PIN is the Personal Identification Number that is assigned to a particular card. It is like a password for the card to prevent unauthorised use.
My PIN is not working.
Calling card manufacturers usually change access numbers when they change carriers. The result is that they have some batch of cards with the old access number and some new batch with the new access numbers. Sometimes even up to 3 access numbers thus causing PINs to be invalid when using a different access number. Please make sure to try ALL the access numbers that were given to you before contacting us. Most of the time, using a wrong access number causes ‘Invalid PIN problem.’ However, if you tried all the access numbers and it is still not working, please do not hesitate to contact us right away.
Is the PIN unique for different cards?
Yes, each card has a unique PIN.
I did not get my PIN.
The PIN can be found in the email which will be sent to you after your purchase. Contact our customer care if you still cannot find your PIN.
How secure is the payment transaction?
We use payment systems that are SSL secured. During payment you are on a secure payment page on the server. The transaction is then encrypted using the highest industry standard SSL technology. Our customers credit card information is encrypted in our database. We do not have access to your credit card number. The full credit card number is passed only to the bank during the authorisation process.
